I can’t recommend Ashbourne Road Dental enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being.Dr. Hasaan Rehman is incredibly skilled and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, making every visit efficient and stress-free.Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more complex, I always feel like I’m in the best hands. I needed an emergency appointment as I don't currently have a dentist. They got me in on the same day which was great. They were polite and friendly on the reception desk, and after a short wait I was seen by Dr Ahmad. He was very calm and friendly and put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly so that I was aware of exactly what was happening. I have some dentist anxiety but he put that at ease with his demeanor. Would definitely recommend this dentist if you have a fear of dentists/dental treatment

I have had oral cancer about 12 years ago, but my check ups are really important to me to reassure me it has not re occurred. I always feel not just my teeth and gums, but also my neck and mouth are checked very thoroughly and with a great deal of kindness and compassion. I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly.The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

From the moment you walk into Ashbourne Road Dental you can’t help but notice how well decorated, clean and tidy the place is - people obviously care. Once in reception you are met by cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve only ever been treated by Tanzeel who is friendly and polite and who struck up a good rapport with myself and my wife. I’ve had a fair amount of dental work in recent times (to be expected at my age), but have to say that I have 100% confidence and trust in Tanzeel. He takes absolute pride in his workmanship, taking time to explain the options to you and gives you a little commentary throughout your procedure. There’s a bit of humour there too. Would definitely recommend this practice. Many thanks to the team, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Wow Wow Wow! Visited on an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth that was extremely painful and sensitive. Dr Tanzeel Ahmad was my hero and carried out an immediate painless extraction. Cannot thank all the staff enough who were all so friendly and professional. Great price and unbelievable value. Highly recommend!

I wanted the right option for my circumstances to straighten my teeth. I got great advice and decided Invisalign was the right choice. All my concerns were answered and even an additional appointment to go through finer details were given to ensure I was happy and confident in my choice. The staff and dentists have been great. I look forward to my future visits as I'm just starting the Invisalign process.

Two teeth removed and preparation work for implants and a bridge. I was made to feel so at ease by my dentist, his use of technology in the scanning and investigation stages of my treatment showed how much dentistry has moved forward recently. Been attending this dental practice for over 2 years now. They are fab, couldn't ask for a more compatonate team. They are all very welcoming and put you at ease. Asked about retainer's in my appointment and they did the moulds there and then, that made my life so much easier even though i was fully prepared to book a separate appointment for them.The practice is clean and very well presented over all i highly recommend them.

I joined Ashbourne Dental after moving to the area. I’m very impressed with the level of care and quality of work by Dr Ahmad. He has been clear and transparent in explaining the process and treatment needed whilst also making me feel comfortable and at ease during the treatment. I had some major treatment and didn’t have any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Ahmad for anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been visiting this dental practice for years now and in that time had a number of different dentists. My present, Dr Dawud Ahmad is keeping up the tradition of excellent service with a very friendly manner which puts me at ease.I especially like that he takes that little extra time on my six monthly checkups to give my teeth a quick clean, creating the feeling of value for money as well as a great service.

My first dentist appointment in 5 years. Always been a very nervous patient and the last dentist I saw made me feel so horrific about myself and I've been petrified since. Today was so totally different. Both staff in the room made me feel comfortable, I became upset as soon as they called my name and they sat me down with a glass of water, told me to forget about the appointment for a moment and had little chat to help calm me down. They asked if I was with someone and then fetched my husband from the waiting room to make me feel more comfortable. They were incredibly compassionate and made me feel more at ease than I've ever felt in my life at a dentist. Everything was explained to me clearly and they've made me feel so much better about my dental situation that I cried again from relief. I'm still nervous but they have put me at a lot of ease about actually going to see them regularly. Thank you so much Tanzeel & Selvi 💜

To be honest, the treatment staff is very respectful, welcoming and friendly, and they offer and implement the best suggestions for treating your teeth, they follow the hygiene tips well, and they try to make your appointment as soon as possible. Not my usual dentist but I was away from home when I chipped my front tooth and wanted it fixed asap. I managed to get an emergency dentist appt at Ashbourne road dental at short notice hoping for a temporary solution until I was back home and could see my own dentist. Not only was I able to be seen but I actually had a high quality painless and permanent fix on the day at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service that exceeded all expectations from Dr Hasaan and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly too. I don't live in Derby so probably won't be back but I would recommend this practice to anyone that does :)

I had an unexpected dental emergency and this surgery was able to fit me in straight away. The clinicians and the team at the dental surgery were absolutely amazing. They were so professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The atmosphere was great and they communicated everything clearly. They provided prompt and efficient care. I was seen promptly and was dealt with kindness and courtesy. It was explained that esthetically my implants would look better if I had a graft onto the lower gum. I said I was not interested however as the lower teeth were not visible at any time, even when laughing, so the Dentist was happy to proceed on the basis that the implants would be visible, but only to me! I was then given an appointment for the proper teeth to be fitted after numerous photos were taken.

I had dental pain whilst on holiday returned to the UK last night and given an appt the morning after , Dr Rehman was caring and helped me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly and treatment completed with no issues . Absolutely amazing, I have never been more at ease for a dental procedure. I have autism and ADHD and never have I found a dental practise so welcoming and understanding. They listened to what I needed and adapted accordingly. No pain, clear instructions, friendly staff and very prompt appointments. I’m one of the most nervous patients but I would happily go back again. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
